Thank you for using our payment services which are governed by these terms and conditions and privacy policy. test.gatewayserve.com is a trading name of the company E.P.G Global Platform Services Ltd (hereinafter as “Ewallet”) and is incorporated under the laws of Republic of Cyprus.
Please read carefully these Terms and Conditions before you use this website. This is a contract between the company E.P.G Global Platform Services Ltd (hereinafter as “we”, or “our”, or “Company”) and the individual and/or legal entity who is registered for E-Wallet (hereinafter as “you”, “your” or even a “Merchant”). E.P.G Global Platform Services Ltd is a gateway platform service provider and supports services which allow Merchants to make payments and to accept payments from third parties.
As a result we do not have any control of nor assumes the liability or legality for the services or products that are paid through our Ewallet E-Wallet. Ewallet also does not guarantee the identity of any Merchant's customers or ensure that a buyer or a seller will complete transaction. Please note that Ewallet is not liable for any risks of dealing with underage persons or people acting under false pretense.
Merchant can always view the current terms and conditions on our website and you are advised to print or download and keep a copy of those terms for future reference. A copy of those terms will be provided to you when you are successfully approved by Ewallet E-Wallet. To be able to be successfully approved for test.gatewayserve.com, you shall provide us with the requirement documents. By registering for these Services, you must read, agree and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this contract (including the link of Privacy Policy). You may agree that any use by you of the Services shall constitute your acceptance of the contract and we recommend that you store or print-off a copy of the contract (including all policies) for your records, but it should be the last update of the contract. The terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference into this contract.
All future amendments or add of any clauses to these Terms shall be effective immediately following by posting them on our website. The Company at all times shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to add, amend, or remove these terms without prior written notice. Any new features or tools which are added to the current websites shall also be subject to the terms and conditions. Your continued use of or access to the current website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
You are solely responsible for complying and understanding with any relevant laws, regulations and rules of relevant law jurisdiction that may be applicable to you in connection with your use of the E-Wallet Services, including but not limited to, those to export or import activity, taxes or foreign currency transaction. Please note the following risks and key terms applicable to your use of the E-Wallet Services: If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms. By clicking "I agree to the Terms and Conditions", you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including the terms of Privacy Policy.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to use our E-Wallet Services, you must (a) be a citizen of an EU/EEA country and (b) if you are individual, must be older than 18 years old. You further represent and warrant to us in opening an E-Wallet Account with us that you are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, anyone else, unless you are opening E-Wallet Account for and under the direction of the company that employs you. The acceptance of individual or legal entity shall be subject to compliance final approval.
E-WALLET ACCOUNTS
Ewallet E-Wallet allows you to register for and manage an open digital wallet account. test.gatewayserve.com offers two types of accounts, the Personal and the Business account. By opening a Business account and accepting these terms as outlined in this contract, you attest that you are not establishing the account primarily for personal, family any other household purposes. You agree that your account comprises the payment account and reserve account.
Electronic Money on your E-Wallet Account belongs to a legal entity or any individual, who is registered as the E-Wallet holder. No person other than the E-Wallet Account holder has any rights in relation to the funds held in an E-Wallet Account, except in cases of succession. You are not obliged to assign or transfer your E-Wallet Account to a third party or otherwise grant any third party, legal or equitable interest over it.
DATA PROTECTION
Personal Data of the Users of E-Wallet provided or disclosed, in the course of this contract or otherwise, will be processed pursuant to the provisions of the legislation regarding the Processing of Personal Data Law (Protection of Individual) (L.138(I)/2001) and according to the highest standards of data protection.
OPENING AND MAINTAINING YOUR E-WALLET ACCOUNT
You may only open an E-Wallet Account, if it is legal to do so in your country of residence. By opening an E-Wallet Account, you represent and warrant to us that your opening of an E-Wallet Account does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you. You shall indemnify against any losses of Ewallet E-Wallet which may incur in connection with your breach of this section.
You may only add payment instruments (such as bank accounts, credit cards or debit cards) to your E-Wallet Account, if you are the named holder of that payment instrument. We take any violation of this requirement very seriously and will treat any attempt to add a payment instrument of which you are not the name holder as a fraudulent act. All information you provide us during the sign up process or any time thereafter must be accurate and truthful.
Within 15 days of the date of opening your E-Wallet Account, you may close your E-Wallet Account at no cost by contacting our Customer Services. Although, if you have uploaded funds into your E-Wallet Account, you may be required to provide identification documents before being able to withdraw funds. Transactions and fees for transactions undertaken before you close your E-Wallet Account, will not be refunded.
You must ensure that the information recorded on your E-Wallet Account is accurate and up to date and Ewallet shall not be liable for any loss arising out of your failure to do so. We have the right to ask you at any time to confirm the accuracy of your information or to provide the relevant documents or other evidence. We may also contact you by e-mail and is your responsibility to check the proper functioning of your email account as a method of communication and to retrieve and read messages relating to your Ewallet E-Wallet Account promptly.
Fund uploads, payments received, payments sent and fund withdrawals are displayed in your online transaction history together with the fees charged. Each transaction is given a unique transaction ID and shown in the transaction history. You are responsible to check your Ewallet E-Wallet Account, the balance and transaction history regularly. You should report any irregularities or clarify any questions you have as soon as possible by contacting our Customer Services.
RISK OF PAYMENTS BEING HELD BY E-WALLET
Please note that although you may only have one Ewallet E-Wallet Account, your account has two separate and distinct functionality, the payment functionality and the reserve functionality. Your ability to access funds in your Ewallet E-Wallet Account and to execute payment transactions from your Account will depend upon which functionality the funds are subject to any given time. The payment account is operational part of your E-Wallet Account through which you have access to funds and which can be used for the execution of payment transactions. An additional element of your E-Wallet constitutes the reserve functionality, known as Reserve Account. Your access to the Reserve Account is restricted and you have to have no ability to access funds in the Reserve Account or to execute payment transactions over funds in the Reserve Account. Funds held in the Reserve Account may be marked as unclear, or even pending.
Please pay attention that Ewallet will execute a valid payment order made by you through your payment account and credit the payment service provider of the person to whom you are sending your payment as soon as the payment schemes are available to proceed your valid payment order.
This is subject to you providing us with:
- A correct unique identifier or other valid details of the recipient or you as Ewallet or the person you are paying may reasonably request from you when you complete the details to make the payment order.
- all mandatory information requested in the relevant payment or checkout flows.
- (if required), details of your valid funding source(s) that have sufficient funds to make the payment.
- valid consent to authorize your payment order, such valid consent is provided when you: (a) click the “pay” or continue or other button in the sections of Ewallet E-Wallet website or E-Wallet check-outs which permit you to send us a payment order after you have submitted your log-in information (for instance your email and password) and successfully logged into your E-Wallet Account and/or (b) have set up a third party initiated payment. Authorization in which you have agreed with a merchant or other third party to provide an advance authorization to allow that merchant or third party to collect or otherwise direct payment of funds from your E-Wallet account, and/or (c) instruct us to make a payment in any other way which we may notify you when making the payment order from time to time.
- Our obligation to execute payment order applies only to payments executed: between Merchant's customer with registered accounts in EU countries and in the currency of only in Euro. Once your Payment Order has been provided to us, you may not revoke it or otherwise withdraw your consent to the execution of the payment transaction, with the exception that you are able to cancel a Recurring Payment provided that you do so before the end of the working day which falls on the day before the next recurring payment is due to be made. We are under no obligation to execute your payment order if you do not have sufficient funds. We reserve the right not to effect a payment made by you until it receives cleared funds.
CARDS AS FUNDING SOURCES
By adding a debit card, credit card or prepaid card as a funding source, you are providing by Ewallet with continuous authority to automatically charge that card to obtain the relevant funds when the card is used as a Funding Source pursuant to this contract. You can stop the continuous authority in respect of any card by removing that card as a Funding Source in your Ewallet E-Wallet Account Profile.
REFUSED TRANSACTIONS
When you send electronic money, and the electronic money is available to the recipient, the recipient is not required to accept it. You agree that you will not hold Ewallet liable for any damages resulting from a recipient's decision not to accept a payment made through the Service. Ewallet will:
- Quickly return any refunded or denied payment to your Balance or as appropriate, your original Funding Source; and
- Return any unclaimed payment to your Balance within 30 Days after the date you initiated the payment.
MERCHANT PROCESSING DELAY
When you send a payment to certain merchants, you are providing an Authorization to the Merchant to process your payment and complete the transaction. Some Merchants may delay processing your payment. In such an instance, your Authorization will remain valid typically for up to 30 Days. If you have a positive Balance at the time you made your Authorization, you agree that Ewallet may hold the amount of your Balance which forms the payment in your Reserve Account. Between the time you authorize a payment and the time the payment is processed, the Merchant may amend the payment amount (for instance, to account for taxes, postage or amendments to the purchase you made with the Merchant). You agree, at the time of Authorization, to authorize a payment to be made to the merchant up to the amount which is highlighted as being the ‘maximum amount’ on the payment authorization page.
This is to include any additional amounts which may be payable by you to the merchant, as subsequently agreed by you and the merchant. You further agree that we are not required to verify this additional amount with you at the time the payment is transferred and that we may transfer any amount up to the ‘maximum amount’ on the basis of your Authorization and upon receiving instructions from the merchant of the final payment amount.
PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS
It is strictly forbidden to send or receive payments as consideration for the sale or supply of: tobacco products, prescription drugs, drugs, drug paraphernalia, weapons, pornography, adult material, material with violence, hatred, racism or which is considered obscene government ids and licenses, including replica and novelty items and any counterfeit products unlicensed or illegal lotteries or gambling services. Unregistered charity services items which encourage or facilitate illegal activities prepaid debit cards or other stored value cards that are not associated with a particular merchant and are not limited to purchases of particular products or services third party processing or payment aggregation products or services. Multi-level marketing, pyramid selling or ponzi schemes, matrix programs or other “get rich quick” schemes or high yield investment programs, goods or services that infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party. Un-coded/miscoded gaming, Timeshares or property reservation payments (On and Off Plan). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to add categories of prohibited transactions by adding such categories according to the law, either to these terms and conditions or an acceptable use of privacy policy published on E-Wallet website.
In connection with your use of our website, your Account or the Services or in the course of your interactions with Ewallet, a user or third party, you will not:
- It breach of this contract (including privacy policy), breach any law, statute, contract, or regulation (including anti-money laundering). Infringe Ewallet's or any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.
- It is restricted to act in a manner that is obscene defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing.
- Provide false, accurate or misleading information,
- fail to provide us with further information your business activities that we reasonably request,
- send or receive what we reasonably believe to be potentially fraudulent or unauthorized funds
Attempt to “double dip” or undertake any action which could amount to unjust enrichment during the course of a dispute by receiving or attempting to receive funds from both Ewallet and the seller, bank or credit card company for the same transaction:
- Use an anonymity proxy
- Conduct your business or use the Services in a manner that results in or any result in complaints, disputes, claims, reversals, chargeback, fees, penalties and other liability to Ewallet, Merchant's customers, a third party or with you
- cause Ewallet to receive a disproportionate number of claims that have been closed in favor of the claimant regarding your Account or business
- allow your account to have a balance reflecting an amount owing to us
- undertake activity that does or may present to us a credit card or fraud risk, a sudden increase in exposure, or a significant or otherwise detrimental level of exposure
- take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large on our infrastructure
- use any device, software or routine to bypass our robot exclusion headers, or interfere or attempt to interfere, with our website or the services
- take any action that may cause to us lose any of the services from our internet service providers, payment processors or other suppliers
- reveal your account password to anyone else, nor may you use anyone else's password. We are not responsible for losses incurred by you including, without limitation, the use of your account by any person other than you, arsing as the result of misuse of password
- do or omit to do or attempt to do or omit to do, any other act or thing which any interfere with the proper operation of the Service or activities carried out as part of the Services or otherwise than in accordance with the terms of this contracts request or send a personal transaction payment for commercial transaction, or
- allow your use of the Service to present to Ewallet a risk of non-compliance, anti-money laundering, counter terrorist financing and similar regulatory obligations.
It is strictly forbidden to make payments to or to receive payments from persons or entities offering illegal gambling services, including (but not limited to) illegal sports betting, casino games and poker games. Ewallet may suspend or terminate your E-Wallet Account at any time or refuse to execute or reverse a transaction if we believe that you directly or indirectly use or have used your E-Wallet Account for or in connection with illegal gambling transactions.
It is strictly forbidden to use your E-Wallet Account for any illegal purposes including but not limited to fraud and money laundering. We will report any suspicious activity to the relevant law enforcement agency. You are prohibited from using your E-Wallet Account in an attempt to abuse, exploit or circumvent the usage restrictions imposed by a Merchant on the services it provides.
If you conduct or attempt to conduct any transaction in violation of the prohibitions, Ewallet reserves the right to: reverse the transaction; and/or close or suspend your E-Wallet Account; and/or report the transaction to the relevant law enforcement agency; and/or claim damages from you; and also to charge you an administration fee according to the amount of your penalty and Ewallet applies any of the above.
It is your and not our responsibility to ensure that you only send payments to or receive payments from persons or entities for the sale or supply of goods and services that you may provide or receive in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. The mere fact that a person or entity accepts payments through us is not an indication of the legality of the supply or provision of their goods and services. If you are in doubt as to the legality of a supply or purchase, you should not continue with your payment.
CLOSING YOUR E-WALLET ACCOUNT
You may close your E-Wallet at any time by contacting our Customer Service.
If your E-Wallet Account holds a balance at the time of its closure, we will ask you to withdraw your funds within a reasonable period of time, during which your E-Wallet Account will be accessible for the purpose of withdrawing the remaining balance only. After the expiry of this period (under section 4) you will not be able to access your E-Wallet Account, but you may withdraw any remaining funds by contacting Customer Service and requesting that the funds are sent to you in a manner that is reasonably acceptable for us. You may do so for a period of four years from the date of closure of your E-Wallet Account, although we suggest that you withdraw your remaining funds as soon as possible, as they will not earn any interest while being deposited in your E-Wallet Account.
TERMINATION
The term of this contract is for a period of time when you successfully register for an E-Wallet Account until this contract is terminated for any reasonable legal reason. You must withdraw your Balance not later than the time you close your E-Wallet Account and terminate this contract.
We reserve the right to carry out and block your Account for any-money laundering, terrorism financing, fraud or other illegal activities checks before authorizing any withdrawal of your funds, including in relation to returning any funds to you after you have closed your E-Wallet Account.
LIMITATION ON CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
You may not close your E-Wallet Account to evade an investigation. If you attempt to close your E-Wallet Account while we are conducting an investigation, we may hold your funds for up to 180 Days to protect Ewallet or a third party against the risk of Reversals, Chargebacks, Claims, fees, fines, penalties and other liabilities of whatever nature. You will remain liable for all obligations related to your E-Wallet Account even after the E-Wallet Account is closed.
UNCLAIMED BALANCES
The electronic money held in your E-Wallet Account is not subject to any time limitation as to its validity. If you do not access your Ewallet E-Wallet Account for a period of three years it may be closed. After closure, we may use the information you have provided us to try to send you any funds in redemption of the electronic money in your E-Wallet Account.
CARD INFORMATION
If your card number changes or your card expiration date changes, Ewallet may acquires that information from our financial services partner(s) and update your E-Wallet Account accordingly.
You agree that you will only surcharge for the use of Ewallet in compliance with an EU and English law and regulations applicable to you.
You further agree that if you do charge a buyer any form of surcharge that you, and not Ewallet, will inform the buyer of the requested charge. Ewallet has no liability to any buyer where you have failed to inform the buyer of any surcharge. You acknowledge that if you are permitted to surcharge and your further fail to disclose any form of surcharge to a buyer this may constitute a criminal offense by you.
RISK OF REVERSALS, CHARGEBACK AND CLAIMS
You acknowledge and agree that a payment transaction is completed and received by you even if it becomes subject to a Reversal, Chargeback Claim, Reserve or hold. When you receive a payment, you are liable to Ewallet for the full amount of the payment plus any Fees if the payment is later invalidated for any reason. In addition to any other liability, if there is a Reversal, or a Chargeback or Claim and you are not entitled to a payment, then you owe the Company an amount equal to the Reversal, Chargeback or Claim and our Fees (including a Chargeback Fee if applicable) as it referred to the additional contract you shall have with the Company. Ewallet will debit your Balance to recover such an amount. If a sender of a payment files a Chargeback, the credit card company, not Ewallet, will determine who wins the Chargeback.
Payments received in your E-Wallet Account may be reversed at a later time, for example, if such a payment is subject to a chargeback, reversal, claim or otherwise invalidated. This means that for some of our sellers, payments received into their Account may be returned to the sender or otherwise removed from their Account after they have been paid and/or delivered any goods or services sold.
We may close, limit or suspect your access to your E-Wallet Account or our Services and/or limit access to your funds to the extent and for so long as reasonably needed to protect the risk of liability, in case you violate this contract including the E-Wallet privacy policy, or any other contract you may enter into our Ewallet E-Wallet. For the avoidance of doubt, E-Wallet may permanently block your account for breach of contract or for any fraud may arises, although before blocking your account, Ewallet shall inform you with written notice.
NON-DISCOURAGEMENT
In representations to your customers or in public communications, you agree not to mischaracteristic or disparage Ewallet as a payment method. You agree that you will only surcharge for the use of Ewallet in compliance procedures in regards to EU and English law which are applicable to you. You further agree that if you do charge a buyer any form of surcharge that you, and not Ewallet, will inform the buyer of the requested charge. Ewallet has no liability to any buyer where you have failed to inform the buyer of any surcharge. You acknowledge that if you are permitted to surcharge and your further fail to disclose any form of surcharge to a buyer this may constitute a criminal offence by you.
TAXES
It is your responsibility to determine what, if any, taxes apply to the payments you make or receive, and it is your responsibility to collect, report and remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. Ewallet is not responsible for determining whether taxes apply to your transaction, or for collecting, reporting or remitting any taxes arising from any transaction.
BALANCES AND TRANSACTION INFORMATION
You may check your Balance by logging into your Ewallet E-Wallet account. Key information relating to your payments will be provided to you via e-mail and your transaction history will also be updated and made available to you at any time by logging into your Account. It will only be updated and made available if there has been any activity on your E-Wallet account or any Fees have been incurred in the relevant period. Ewallet will ensure that the details of each transaction will be made available for you to view online for at least 13 months from when it is first made available. You do not need to maintain a Balance in your e-wallet account in order to make payments. A Balance will be created whenever you use the Service to make either a Bank Funded Payment or a Card Funded Payment. If you hold a Balance you will not receive interest or any other earnings on this Balance because the Balance represents e-money and not a deposit.
SECURITY INTEREST
To secure your performance of this contract, you grant to Ewallet a legal claim against the proceeds of your E-Wallet Account as security for any amount you may owe to us.
WITHDRAWING/ REDEEMING E-MONEY
How to Withdraw/Redeem e-money. You may withdraw funds by electronically transferring them to your bank account or your branded MasterCard or Visa card or a prepaid card. Some jurisdictions may permit you to withdraw funds to either your bank account or your card. The bank account into which you request the redemption of e-money must be denominated in the home currency of your e-wallet account. Balances must be redeemed in your home currency, if your Account holds a balance in multiple currencies.
You agree to comply with our requests to verify your identity before Ewallet redeems e-money to you, to allow us to reduce the risk of fraud or to otherwise comply with our anti-money laundering or other legal obligations. We may, at our reasonable discretion (for instance, without limitation, to limit fraud or credit risk), impose limits on the amount of money you can withdraw through our Service.
Execution methods and time-frames
- General – redemption transactions from your e-wallet payment account will be executed within the time-frames.
- Redemption/withdrawals to your bank account and the Company will use the Payments Service to process a redemption/withdrawal payment order where the payment is made to your bank account in Euro settlement
TRANSACTION REVIEW
The Company may review your withdrawal transaction to mitigate any risks and/or to prevent money laundering and to ascertain whether any restricted activity is taking place (''Redemption Risk''). Where a Redemption Risk is identified by us, Company also reserves the right to restrict your Payment Instrument and/or refuse your payment order. Once you instruct us to perform a redemption, Company may treat this a future dated payment order which Company will execute within time-frames. When Company determines the redemption risk has passed and release the restriction and/or proceed to process your withdrawal, you agree that the date of your payment order will start on the working day the restriction was lifted.
USER'S LIABILITY
You are responsible for all Reversals, Chargebacks, fees, fines, penalties and other liability incurred by Ewallet, or a Ewallet Costumer, or a third party caused by your use of the Services and/or arising from your breach of this contract. You agree to reimburse Ewallet, a Costumer, or a third party for any and all such liability.
- Liability for Claims under Ewallet - Notwithstanding any other section of this contract, if Ewallet makes a final decision that you lose a Claim filed directly with Ewallet, you will be required to reimburse Ewallet for your liability. Your liability will include the full purchase price of the item and original postage costs.
- Reimbursement for Your Liability - In the event you are liable for any amounts owed to Ewallet, Ewallet e-wallet may immediately remove such amounts from your Balance (if it is available). If there are insufficient funds in your Balance to cover your liability, Ewallet reserves the right to collect your debt to Ewallet by using any payments received in your Account and otherwise you agree to reimburse Ewallet through other means.
- emporary Holds for Disputed Transactions - If a buyer files a Claim, Chargeback or Reversal on a payment you received, Company will place a temporary hold on the funds in your Ewallet E-Wallet Account to cover the full amount of the Claim, Chargeback or Reversal. A hold placed under this provision will not restrict your use of the E-Wallet Account with regard to funds other than those disputed or at risk under the Claim, Chargeback or Reversal, unless we have another reason for doing so. If you win the dispute or if the payment is eligible for a payment under the terms of Ewallet and Company will release the hold and restore your access to the applicable funds. If you lose the dispute, Ewallet will remove the funds from your E-Wallet Account. Ewallet may at any time and without liability, suspend, block, limit, close or cancel your right to use your payment instrument or e-wallet account entirely or for any particular transaction, which may in turn suspend, block, limit close or cancel access to your e-wallet account or other services. We will give you advance notice of any suspension or cancellation but Ewallet may if it is responsible to do so (for instance, if you are breach of this contract or we consider it advisable for security reasons), suspend or cancel your right to use your payment instrument or E-Wallet Account without prior notice to you.
To block your Account and/or hold any funds in the Reserve Account shall be 180 days if required by Ewallet.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The URLs representing the e-wallet website, “Ewallet e-wallet” and all related logos of Ewallet's services described in our website are either copyrighted by Ewallet's e-wallet, trademarks of Ewallet or its licensors. All page headers, custom graphics, button icons and scripts are either copyrighted by Ewallet e-wallet, service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of Ewallet. You may not copy, imitate, modify, alter, amend or use them without Ewallet's prior written approval. You may use HTML logos provided by Ewallet through our services, tools features or affiliate programs without Ewallet's prior approval for purpose of directing web traffic to the Service. You may not alter, modify or change these HTML logos in any way, use them in a manner that is disparaging to Ewallet or the Service or display them in any manner that implies Ewallet's sponsorship or endorsement. All right title and interest in and to the Ewallet e-wallet website and any content thereon is the exclusive property of Ewallet.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations you have under this contract without Ewallet's prior written approval. You are not permitted to transfer your Account to a third party. Ewallet reserves the right to transfer or assign this contract or any right or obligation under this contract at any time without your consent. This does not affect your rights to close your Account.
NOTICES
You agree that Ewallet may provide you notice or other information to you by posting it on Ewallet e-wallet website. Emailing it through the email address listed in your Account, or mailing it to the street address listed in your Account, or calling you by phone,. You must have internet access and an e-mail account to receive communications and information relating to the Services. With the exception of amendments to this contract, such notice shall be considered to be received by you within 24 hours of any day and it is posted to Ewallet e-wallet website or by email to you. If the notice is sent by mail, Ewallet will consider it to have been received by you three working days after it is sent. You may request a copy of any legally required disclosures from us and Ewallet will provide this to you in a form, which allows you to store and reproduce the information. You may terminate your consent to receive required disclosures through electronic communications by contacting Ewallet's Customer Services.
AMENDMENTS
Ewallet may at any time amend, add or delete any clause of this contract, including the Fees and other amounts which apply to your e-wallet account. You would be able to read the new terms by posting a revised version of this contract on the Ewallet e-wallet website. A change will made unilaterally by Ewallet and you will be deemed to have accepted them. The change may required by law or relates to the addition of a new service, extra functionality to the existing service or any other change which Ewallet believes is reasonable without reducing your rights nor increase your responsibilities. In such instances, the changes would be made without prior notice to you and shall be effective immediately.
